When I first met Gabriel it was at a work event that a coworker organized for us. I work in healthcare and it’s a high intensity job. I stand on my feet for 10 plus hours a day. A lot of strain on my body especially on my knee which I have a torn ligament. After my quick 10 minute massage I asked him if he had his own clinic. Gabriel is the best. He will beat you up with love. If you have very deep knots or feel like past massages haven’t been enough for your pain, he is the person to see. He’s always very professional, considerate, and also great at distracting you when working on tender areas. I highly recommend Rooted Wellness!

I had a one hour full body massage by Gabriel Vydra. Massages can be awkward due to the nature of getting naked in front of a stranger and being vulnerable with them. But Gabriel made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in allowing me to be relaxed and present.

We spoke about what my goals and needs were from the appointment and he explained everything I had questions about before I had to ask them, making me feel like was very knowledgeable.
