I had a 10-minute session with Gabriel, an incredible massage therapist who focused on my upper back pain. He provided thorough education on how to continue treating it and even gave me valuable information about insoles for my shoes and finding a chiropractor covered by my insurance. Gabriel did a quick appointment but was very thorough and really got into some of my trouble areas and adhesions. If you don’t like heavy pressure let him know. Also he is very social and talked to me throughout but so am I chatty so I enjoyed the distraction as he worked on the tender areas. I definitely recommend him as a massage therapist.
