Visiting Angels provided in-home care for an aging parent. Although we only needed their assistance for a short-term, we would not hesitate to contact them again if the need arises. They were professional, courteous and personable. Highly recommend!

I would recommend Visiting Angels in Berea to anyone. I am very proud of our franchise. We work very hard to make sure our caregivers are skilled and go through our training programs and meet the needs of our clients. Our policy is to first go out and meet with the client and their family. We spend a great deal of time up front making sure we have all the information needed to make a recommendation of a care plan that will work well for each individual client we take care of. In addition we choose caregivers that are skilled and can relate to the particular needs of our clients. Visiting Angels has been chosen as the number one choice for home care. We offer a free home assessment, it is all private duty care and it's all in home care for seniors. We can also assist with clients who are veterans so that they can receive financial aid to which allows them to stay home and still receive care. We set up the care plan so that our caregivers who are chosen are a good match for our clients and their personal needs. The girls are informed ahead of time what the plan of care will be and they are chosen because of their skill set so there is no question if they are qualified before they meet their new client.
