Raven again steps up to the plate.. as circumstances have changed at home- she has picked up hours. .allowing me some time for "ME"- without a hesitation.. while still taking amazing care of OUR PAPA.. still lovin her.. Thanks Raven- as always
I have been a home infusion patient at several different companies over the course of the last 11 years. Bright Star has by far fostered the best patient experience. I’m astonished by the empathetic care my nurses have provided (shout out Mary Ellen and Kim). From communicating for appropriate orders, pharmacy meds, or just being there for me. They could just provide the standard of care, and I would be happy, but I can’t even put into words how their impact has had on me as a busy person working, doing school and preparing to be a new mama. Forever grateful.
Thank you Colleen ArrowoodOver several years Colleen provided excellent care for our mother and comfort for us when we couldn't be there.Their relationship covered two agencies, surgeries and hospitalizations. Most importantly moms extreme resistance to having a 'stranger' come to her home was quickly resolved by Colleens consistent kindness, professionalism and work ethic.
