I had an amazing experience! The team was professional, efficient, and truly paid attention to every detail. Everything was completed smoothly and on time. I’m extremely satisfied, and if anyone is looking to get work done, I would definitely recommend choosing them for their quality and reliability.
We had our chestnut floors in our powder room, hallway, and living room refinished with TH. Rick and Cam did our project. They were prompt, courteous, and into the fine detail of refinishing the floors. They covered doorways, fireplace, and hallways for a minimal of dust debris. They helped us pick out a stain which ended up with no tinting to let the naturalness of the chestnut boards come through. We are extremely happy. Rick is an excellent Project Manager. The sales rep, Aaron was also very helpful and a main reason we chose TH Custom Hardwood.

Our second floor floors were original and completely beyond repair. Every single step creaked — you couldn’t walk across the room without waking up the entire house. It was long overdue for a full redo, and we are so thankful we chose TH Custom Hardwood.
From the very beginning, Aaron was amazing to work with. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and truly understands hardwood flooring. He walked us through all our options and helped us feel confident in our decision. On top of that, he was so kind and thoughtful with our daughter, which meant a lot to us.
