I don’t often leave reviews but I have to say I’ve never been more impressed by true acts of hospitality and kindness. QuadStar provided valuable, knowledgeable, and authentic advice(even when it wasn’t in their business’s best interest). I left feeling confident in my next steps as a consumer because they took the time to explain my options and the current problem I have with my device. I couldn’t be more grateful!
Quadstar truly saved the day! After both my HD and Time Machine external drive failed simultaneously, Paul was incredibly helpful in recovering all my data. He replaced my iMac’s HD and restored my machine to like-new condition. Throughout the entire process, he kept me updated, which gave me peace of mind. Thanks to Paul, he saved me weeks of work! I can’t thank him enough!
