“My new forever vet!!I We were originally planning on switching to them via referral from Grateful Dog Bakery. We made the change sooner than expected because our Lynk was sick with an ear infection (ruptured ear drum) AND infection in both ears and needed attention that he was not getting from our previous vet. I was a WRECK when I came in and felt instantly at ease with all of the attention and second opinions from staff looking at my pup's ear. The amount of knowledge, empathy and care was something you can't really put a price on. I will not ever go anywhere else again.“
“I am so glad this place has a new owner. They were compassionate, kind and obviously care about the animals.“

This is Chip now an he is only healthy because this place takes the time to answer my questions an educate me. I'm so happy an grateful for all they do for me. I feel sometimes like a bad mom but they always are positive an reassure me I'm doing my best!!!“

“I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude. Losing both Norman and Oliver within weeks was incredibly difficult. When it was time to say goodbye to Norman, Dr. Jen's empathy and willingness to explore options meant a lot. It was a heartbreaking decision, but the care he received was comforting.The morning I found Oliver in a seizure was a nightmare. Despite the clinic not being open yet, they took us in without hesitation. The immediate attention to Oliver and the understanding staff made a painful situation a bit more bearable.Financially, I was unable to collect his ashes, but understood he was in good hands. The unexpected package with Oliver's paw prints later on was a touching gesture that meant more than I can express.Even though these experiences were tough, I appreciate the care and support of Dr Jen and Staff. Now, with a new pet in the family, I'm sticking with Ark Animal Clinic. The genuine love you show for animals is evident, and it means a lot.“
“I was only at North Royalton Animal Hospital one time. Our beloved little chihuahua of 14 years was not doing well. We had taken her to our normal vet on Wednesday and was told by our vet that she was not doing well and she could " drop dead " at any minute. Needless to say I was not going to have this person take care of our furbaby. On Thursday, it was obvious that our baby was not improving with the medication and we took her to North Royalton Animal Hospital. The staff there was amazing and genuine. Dr. Travis and Destiny were wonderful. They treated us with so much understanding and support. Totally opposite of the other experience. We did have to put our precious girl to sleep which was devastating, but Dr. Travis and Destiny remained there to support us and give us all the time we needed. A few days later this wonderful gift came to my door. Our baby's paw prints, some of her fur for a keepsake, the flowers and a beautiful handwritten note from Dr. Travis. Just meant the world to us. Thank you again, Dr. Travis and Destiny for taking such wonderful care of our baby. I would also like to thank Judy at the desk for her kindness on the phone. She was very empathetic and understanding when I needed it. Thanks again.. We did receive our baby's ashes in a beautiful wooden box with her name engraved on it. Brought tears to our eyes.“
“I took my 14 month old golden retriever to get spayed at Porter Pet Hospital at the recommendation of our veterinarian. I found the facility to be modern, bright and clean, the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable, and the cost to be very affordable. What a winning combination! I was encouraged to call between drop-off and pickup if I wished to inquire about how things were going during surgery (which I did), and they took the time to thoroughly answer my questions when I called the days after her recovery. Overall we had a wonderful experience, and really couldn’t have asked for more.“

“Came in to get my Cat UTD on shots and get scheduled for a spay, the Vet and assistants were very nice with me, very communitive, and patient with my pet even tho she was a bit “spicy” during the last shot. lol as for the first visit it went well and I will be returning. ?“
