Our experiences have been very positive. Staff is polite and very helpful. The only thing that has been a problem is scheduling appointments are sometimes mixed up. But, the staff was always able to work it out.
Visited the ER in September for low back pain and was seen quickly and professionally. Diagnosis was made out of immediate referral to a surgeon was set up the only drawback is I wish they would’ve fitted me for the back brace and the ER so it would’ve been covered under my ER bill rather than a separate deductible for my medical insurance
i came in very nauseous and on the verge of a panic attack..i was taken back quickly, the nurses were very friendly and caring, as were the doctors..patient techs that were on duty weren't very friendly, but i didn't have to deal with them much..i appreciate the nurse i had..i believe his name was Jesse..
