Both Eric and Hara have been praised for their skills, with Eric being noted for taking in customers without appointments and making a customer's birthday special, while Hara is recommended for her expertise in all nail services. It is recommended to book an appointment in advance for a smooth experience.
Eric saved the day when it came to repairs and redoing my nails from the Nail Box. I came in with really thick, chunky nails, and they transformed them into these beauties. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, wholesome and quick. They really did an outstanding job.
Best price per quality in the whole town.
Edit: Went back for the second time and Hara did my nails, I wasn’t in love with them like I had been previously so I’m checking out somewhere new.
Now I’m not the type of person to write reviews, but not only do I absolutely love getting my nails done here I have such high respect for the owners now. I got my nails and toes down and they look amazing and just like how I asked. After I paid, said my thank you’s, and left. Not a whole 24 hours later I get a text saying that “there was an issue on the reception end last night when you checked out.
