I initially signed a contract for all new windows in my home in April of this year, and paid the required deposit. There have been a variety of changes to the order since then, and in early October I discovered that my sales person nor one of the lead installers (that I met numerous times), are no longer with the company. Not to mention that the Insurance Certificate they supplied me with is expired, along with their Workers' Comp. I reached out to the owner and told him that I would not be proceeding and requested a refund of my deposit. they did an excellent job on our new roof. we had a lot of issues and they fixed it all. the staff were all so nice and understanding, they worked with us so well.
awesome company to work with . handled all details, completed work in a timely professional manner. checked to see work was correct. Quincy and Hunter were the best I would recommend this company .
