They have ripped off several of my friends & business associates for over a hundred thousand dollars total. It’s fraudulent, unprofessional small businesses & owners like this that make it so hard for legitimate, good people that do have family owned businesses to be respected and taken seriously in their communities. Take a look at their (husband and wife partners/owners) personal social media accounts…. money stolen from hard-working homeowners was used to live a life of luxury for them personally even after the reports of stolen money had been consistently rolling in and confirmed. We were lied to, misled, ignored, blamed and ghosted for 11 months after hiring CPR to build us our outdoor living space. All of this was after they took $75,000 dollars from us before they ever did anything at our house. It was the single worst experience we have ever experienced regarding home improvement and working with so called “professionals.” We fired them after 11 months of hell, they put a lien on our house, we threatened to sue them and we never heard from them again. Please visit Ripped off by Crown Pointe Roofing & Remodeling Update 1/5/26- We now have brown spots on our ceiling, and due to the pitch of our roof, a leak in our wall where the roofing sections meet. 12/13/25 NOTE: ALL OF THE FOLLOWING IS DOCUMENTED through text messages, phone calls, photographs, home inspections, signed contracts, and additional records.
