Go elsewhere! If I could give a zero, I would! I didn’t choose this person, Rocket Mortgage did to complete my appraisal. This guy uses short sale homes and homes not even comparable to what he is appraising! Not to mention how rude he is.

Very unprofessional, kind of rude, not very friendly and due to his appraisal will not be able to renew my loan and will probably lose my home.
