Milano Monuments Bedford

I’ve tried hard not to leave a review about my experience with Milano and specifically with Lynn, but enough is enough. I first spoke to Lynn in July when my father’s death was imminent. She sent me information and provided pricing for engraving my dad’s date of death on his existing stone. I was aware that Milano hadn’t originally engraved the stone. Lynn assured me that they would visit the cemetery, make a rubbing of the stone, and complete the engraving this season—from June to September.
