I have been coming here on and off for years. I was coming when they were across the street from where they a located now. But Tim has gotten this older lady and she is very rude and bossy. I don't have to give you my money to be fussed at.

I always am pleased with my service. Hannah has done my service a few times now, and she is always pleasant. The wait time is long at times, but they allow walk ins and the weather is heating up...so be patient especially if coming on a Saturday. Mondays and Tuesdays are your best bet if you want a better chance of getting in and out.

The people were pleasant. The service could be better. I dont like that the Technician used the drill to remove the dip that I had on. I prefer that a nail file is used. And my hands had all the dust on them from the drill and he didnt clean my hands off. I dont believe he removed all of the dip it looks like some is still on a nail or 2. I will go again because of the location. Next time I will let the technician know that I dont want the drill used at all.
