“The install went just fine and product looks great, however, the communication and scheduling of our install was fraught with confusion. We had to call multiple times and even then, were given incorrect information as to when our install was scheduled. If they could correct that part of their business, it would be a much smoother situation.“

We had a gorgeous tile laid on our back porch and a custom cut outdoor rug that has been gorgeous all summer. But the jewel in the crown was the hardwood floor project that we did throughput our 5000 square-foot property. We chose a beautiful white oak floor real hardwood that was installed beautifully by Milton and his team. We were away for the two weeks when this project was taking place. Milton sent us photos every day at 4 PM of the progress on the property. Who does that? Amazing! Lance and his team and again I cannot say enough about Milton and his team. They are incredible. Could not recommend more.“

“We had Belviso remodel our kitchen and lay vinyl plank flooring on the entire level of our four-level split home. Art came to our house and took the time to listen and give us some great options on the remodel then had a very reasonable quote to us within a week. He is very punctual to communicate with and made himself available through the entire process. We liked that he personally does the work along with his co-worker Michael and only takes on one project at a time. They demolished the old kitchen, took down a wall to enlarge the room space, did the electric and plumbing needed, laid the entire flooring down with trim work, put up our new cabinets and even came back after we had the granite countertop/backsplash installed to finish putting in some of the appliances. They were tenacious in solving any little issues that came up and always put us at ease when we were stressed (being the novices we are!). We will use Belviso Remodeling again for other projects we are considering in the future and both Art and Micheal are professional masters of all things needing done for your home.“

“We had a GREAT experience with Shumaker refinishing our hardwood floors in two bedrooms. Not only do our floors look awesome, but all other aspects of customer service was excellent! I always got a prompt response when contacting the owner, Donnie. He answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns of preparing to get the floors done and what to expect after the job was finished. He was very patient, as I had to keep postponing the floor job due to other parts of our home project experiencing delays. He showed up on time for our initial meeting. He kept in touch via text regarding scheduling. He contacted me when he said he would. When it was time for the job to begin, the crew of two young men (very kind, polite, skilled, and knowledgable) and Donnie showed up on time each day, even texting to let us know they were on the way. They were easy to have in my home. They were very thorough with covering and blocking areas to limit and eliminate dust. We were so impressed with how they cleaned up everyday.
