I am absolutely thrilled with The Maids of NE Ohio! They do a fantastic job keeping my house clean and fresh.
The customer service is outstanding. Michelle in the office is an absolute A+. From my very first phone call all the way through to our most recent cleaning, she has been a complete delight to work with—balancing a warm, personal touch with total professionalism.
Melissa and her cleaning team are equally wonderful. They are thorough, efficient, and pleasant to have in my home. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable, top-tier cleaning company!
We love The Maids! Our current team is headed up by their team leader Christie. She’s amazing and the entire group of ladies work very hard and do an excellent job. We have four pets and they’re very thoughtful -thorough and very kind. One of the many nice things is -because there are four of them working at one time -they get a lot done in a short amount of time. They are outstanding and we highly recommend them.
My husband, and I were pleasantly surprised to see the level of cleaning that took place, by the Ivory team. This is a very thorough, and hard working team! We look forward to their future visits.
