They came to remove our wasp nest in our vent and gutters. Couldn't, or wouldn't even try. Technician said that he was under liability to put any product in our kitchen vent, but didn't even try to put any product in the gutters. What a waste of time. Calling tomorrow for a total refund, as he told us to do. Very disappointed.?

I would like to say that I thank and appreciate Jerel, and his trainee, going the extra mile to find where the Bees were coming from. They, were very respectful, polite, kind and took the time to spray all the areas as needed and it Ras very hot outside today and they took their time! Awesome, great job to thr gentleman!

Sam Habel is the best ever!! He walked me through what he was doing and caught an issue I was on the way to having. Orkin never did any of this or let me know what they were taking care of. The price is wayyyyyy better than Orkin as well
