I've been using Coit Cleaning and Restoration for about 6 years now. They are amazing, from the ladies scheduling my appointment, to my quote guy, to the professional that performs the job. This year, Taylor gave a second life to my carpet; I am so impressed! They are all professionals and do a great, positive, and well-done job.
Allen the tech that did the work was awesome!! He was extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything that would be done and how it was done. He was professional, easy to talk to, friendly and quick without being rushed. He is one reason your company has a high rating. Make sure you hold onto him!!
Will#2001 and Ray#2066 where awesome! Very personable and patient with all of the questions we had. It was pleasant having them as our service men. They took the time to get the job done right, talking to us about everything they where going to do. We even shared some laughs.
