Asked for brozing drops, said they had them behind the counter. I went up, and they didn't have them. Employe that told me they had them came up and grabbed them. They didn't show me that they were the bronzing drops and instead just put them in the bag (I should've checked when I left the store, but still). Got home and took them out of the trunk, and they, in weren’t what I asked for. Called them the next day and said that there's so many they just got them mixed up, but I have to go out of my way and drive another 40 minutes back to their store to get anything fixed.

Well here in 2022 my experience was amazing! Loved all the girls in the Salon! Will definitely be back! Super friendly staff, lots of good laughs and the best part is I had the mast magical color correction/haircut everyone was so nice they did some magic and really saved my hair!

I am very grateful for the attentive customer service experiences from the Ulta store at the Greene, Beavercreek, OH. The first was a month ago. I was planning to pay for my items with Tap Pay, but didn't realize my phone battery was so low. I was unable to use it. I borrowed my husband's car, so I didn't have my charger with me. I also didn't have my credit card or enough cash on me. So I was going to have to drive home and then drive back, 20 minutes each way. Jen, the GM, was nice enough to loan me a charger to get powered up. Hers was not the right fit, so she went to the team break room to ask another employee if she could borrow one.
