Please read until the end. I came in and asked for a cut for my 13 year old. Needless to say I had a horrible experience with the barber. I hesitated to call into the owner to complain but we were treated so poorly I had to call. To my surprise the owner called me back at 8:00pm on a Saturday night when he was at home and not working. I explained to him what happened he was extensively apologetic and even refunded my money for the cut. Now a days customer service is falling by the way side but not at Temps and Fades. I appreciated the support and understanding. They have NOT lost a customer in us.
Just walked in with My Wife, previously never been to a professional barber shop. Darius Bennett kindly pointed me to his chair, I had no idea what to get so I asked him to cut my hair that literally no joke looked like a caveman, and I showed him general images of fades. He trimmed my beard also and gave him full creative reign. words cannot describe how well Mr Bennett Crushed it! As a man who has gone to great clips my whole life, going to a professional Barber will change your life. My haircut was a Tamper Fade and Beard Trim. Thank you Mr. Darius Bennett, we will never go anywhere else.
My Barber is Starr. He is a professional who is personable and serious about his trade. He is highly skilled, consistent and displays creative artistry. I appreciate his respect for my time, the store’s cleanliness and friendly environment. All of this comes with a fair price. Thank you, Eric Patterson
