Our 16 year old boiler went out during the night on 1/14. I called at 6:30am and Justin was at our house 2 hours later. Long story short we needed a new boiler. Justin was back at our house on 1/15, all day, and got about 75% of the work done and was back the next morning to finish up.
Justin did an excellent job and was was very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. When the job was done he took the time to explain the various connections and parts of the entire system.
Kudos to Justin for a job well done, and kudos to Service Experts for getting us back up and running so quickly during a bad cold spell.

Stevenson Service Experts have consistently provided outstanding HVAC service to me for the past 10 years. I have never had a complaint nor have I be dissatisfied with their work. Their technicians are very professional, answer all my questions, and provide excellent service advice on work or items that need to be addressed. I had a water heater go out and Stevenson was able to do the work right away. The technician, Stan Foss was knowledgeable about the product and performed the installation in a timely manner. He did a great job. Would recommend him to anyone.?
