I walked into this store with a friend who wanted to see what it was all about. It was clean and very organized. There was a guy standing behind a counter... on his phone. He looked up when we said, "hello!"! then he put his head down and was on his phone again. Not even a nod of his head to acknowledge we were there. We walked around the store... my friend was interested in buying some skincare products but at this point we were put off by the atmosphere of nobody offering to help us. I was so excited for my Brazilian Wax because it had been forever due to COVID. My initial impression was that this was going to be worth the money because of previous reviews and what not. Well my waxer was funny and personable and definitely made me feel at ease, the experience it's self was pretty good overall. But it wasn't until later in the day after the initial irritation wore off that I realized there were multiple spots that were missed and not cleaned up properly. I would give the experience a 6.5/10 and the overall result a 3/10.
