This place did an adequate job on my denim vest that I needed for my weekend gig. But the lady working at the counter was very rude and short with me, acting very indignant that I wanted it back before Saturday (dropped it off on a Tuesday). But she then proceeded to charge me an additional $6 just for running over my vest with a lint roller before cleaning it? The vest itself was only $9 to be cleaned. Which means I paid almost double just because there was a little cat hair on it. I don't see myself going back. There are plenty of other cleaners in the area.

Took my long down coat with a hood to be cleaned. They removed the hood before sending it out to be cleaned and lost the hood. They did not call me to tell me they had lost the hood, I found out when I went to pick it up. They charged me for the cleaning and asked to give them time to see if the hood would show up. I had to keep calling them to ask the status on the hood and each time they asked for more time. I honestly think that they were hoping I would forget about it and just disappear.
