This place is one of the best urgent cares I've been to. Everyone was very kind and friendly. From the front desk to the intro nurse and Dr. Aaron and x-ray technician. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.
This was the absolute best care experience I have had since moving to this area. Aaron Kelly, Rachel and the receptionist were a class act. Impeccable professionalism, friendly demeanor and accommodating, I arrived 40 minutes before closing and they didn't make me feel rushed in any way! Great hires!
Don’t understand all the recent negative reviews. I went in last night feeling scared, worried and in tears. Everyone treated me with such care and made me feel so comfortable and eased my mind of any worries i had. 1 individual even gave me a hug after noticing how upset and scared i was. I was in and out within an hour. They talked me through any test and exams that was preformed and again, made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I would give more stars if possible. 100% recommend and will definitely be back if any other issues come up!
