I originally signed up for a lymphatic massage. We discussed my troubled areas and decided on a therapeutic massage with some lymphatic moves thrown in.
She said she had 14 years of experience and would know what areas to hit.
I was under continuous pressurized gliding hands throughout; it seemed like they never left my body. There were no jerky movements. The moves were intuitive, hitting key points.
