Michael Lantz represented us in finding a new home. We were not in a hurry and were very selective. Michael was super patient. He regularly sent us candidates over 6+ months. When we finally found the right property, Michael and the team got it under contract the same day we toured. Between contract and closing, Michael helped with lots of details which went way beyond the minimum job requirements. As just one example, he found and contacted the contractor who installed the home's complex a/v and internet system to arrange an in-person orientation and traing session for us. I recommend Michael without reservation.
