“I'd like to begin my review with I am a pretty particular person and like things done a certain way. I was a little hesitant at first to use Possert because I went through my insurance company and it is who they assigned us. We started with the estimator coming to our house and he was professional and quick to get our assessment of damages done. We were then assigned to Jason who was the general contractor. He was friendly and responded to our emails and texts in a timely manner. He is a very busy man and not a man of many words via text or email. Sometimes his texts might seem negative but if you can talk to him on the phone or in person it is a totally different experience. He was quick to schedule workers and showed flexibility when changes were made. The painters and carpenters that we interacted with were timely, courteous and showed professionalism. We were highly pleased with their work. The flooring sales representative Lee that we were assigned to was helpful and pleasant to work with. The flooring installers Joey and Wade were quick and provided a professional installation that looks fantastic. We are pleased with the final work of everything.“
