I am not a patient here but an optician at a different practice. When I called to get information about a mutual patient the optician who answered was extremely kind and helpful. It can be pretty rare to have such a pleasant experience when calling a “competitor” so I felt this deserved a 5 star review! Will be keeping them in mind when needing to refer my own patients!
I was there a few years ago and was not impressed. I was given a wrong diagnosis and prescription and saw better without glasses. During one test, the this or that better, i saw no change but was told i had to pick one. However, I decided to give them a second chance and went back today. They have a new dr that was hired a couple of months ago, and she is absolutely amazing. Very respectful and kind and knowledgeable. She explained things and acknowledged that my prescription was very much wrong and way off and that I had been improperly diagnosed with a stigmatism. If you suspect something is wrong with your vision outside of just needing glasses, I don't recommend this place. I was here about 2 years ago and complained about things being dim in one eye during the peripheral test. I only signaled a few times that I saw something. I asked if they could make it brighter or something, the nurse said nothing. Saw the doctor, complained that things are dim in that eye and I did very poorly on the peripheral test. Asked if that was normal. My complaint wasn't even acknowledged. No one said anything, like they didn't even hear it!A couple months ago, I went somewhere else and they referred me right away to an ophthamologist.... read full review
