This was my first time at Zen Nails and I am very impressed. I called yesterday requesting someone specific that was recommended to me. I got an appointment the next day. My nails were done by Hanna and they came out so good. She did fantastic!! I would highly recommend!

I’ll start by saying that it’s so hard to find a nail shop that still takes walk ins. Zen saved the day!! I walked in on a Thursday at 4 on and had less than a 5 minute wait. The salon definitely picked up as my appointment finished. I believe my nail technician was named Kim. I got a soak off and acrylic overlay and she did a great job. She was patient and took good care of my nails and nail bed during the soak off. She offered reasonable advice for my nail bed and style. I am very pleased with my outcome.

Zen is normally my go to place -- just don't let Kim anywhere near you. My nails look worse after she did them than they did when I walked in with three week old gel. My nail beds look atrocious. I could have saved $45 and done a better job myself. Zen - you are better than this!
