They can always fit you in and are friendly, but they are never able to get the nail shape quite right. I went today and the shape is really off. This could be due to the fact he was also working the front desk. I usually only go when I’m in a pinch.
While waiting in a line for another shop the owner brought out a case of water for anyone to drink. This is definitely a sign of consideration and and caring. I will definitely try this sho for my next manicure 🩷
It's been a few days since my pedicure and my big toe is still throbbing. The nail tech who did my nails cut the nail down so short, and trimmed the cuticle so close that it was bleeding. I was wincing and told her it hurt, and she responded "yes yes" and put my foot into the water. Not only did she literally injury me days before my brothers wedding, but she didn't even say hello or ask if I wanted a drink. Overall, I felt like the service was lacking and the actual pedicure itself left me in pain!
