I'm not really sure how this place is in orange place and how their services cost so much lately every time I go I'm super disappointed by something. Chan is great for manicures s and pedicures i've been wanting to get a full set because my nails have been breaking so I tried it today and I absolutely hate them. The acrylic is way too thick and the paint job isn't great. The person who did them was just so nice I didn't have the heart to tell them, but I think I'm going to stop going. I've been invested too much money in this place to have bad nails.
I had an amazing experience at zen nails, the atmosphere was relaxing, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. My nail technician was gentle, and paid close attention to detail. I got a manicure and pedicure deluxe. it turned out flawless. They use high-quality products, and everything was spotless, which made me feel comfortable. I also appreciated the wide selection of colors and nail art options. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for nail care and a little pampering. I'll definitely be coming back
I went for a pedicure with my sister and they were very efficient in getting us seated and doing our pedi's. The quality of my pedicure was not great, the technician spent the entire time giggling with a co-worker and speaking in their language and I'm fairly certain they were making jokes about us. I watched as all of the technicians pulled out their nail file and clippers and could immediately see that they were not sterilizing them between customers. Thankfully I only did a polish change because that is. It sanitary AT ALL. As for the salon itself, it is somewhat run down, the pedicure chair I sat in was so worn in places you could see the stuffing coming through the chair. I went to use the bathroom and turned right around, it was flat out gross and not maintained. The grout was stained, there was a towel shoved behind the toilet to keep it from leaking as the towel looked soaked. Save your money and go to a nice clean salon.
