We have had bad service at the green road location so I figured I would try this one - I was greeted with smiling faces when I entered the facility. The phlebotomist, Dee, walked me to the lab herself! She was so kind, professional, efficient and good at her job - a quick poke and I was done! I will definitely go back to this location for future lab services. Also, nice clean facility. Thanks Dee!

I had a total knee replacement on Monday and was very impressed with everything at the Beachwood Medical Center. From reception to doctors to nurses to food, everyone and everything was wonderful. Friendly and knowledgeable, I was in good hands. And so far the knee is healing nicely.

Wow, just WOW! Did my dad just have shoulder surgery at a medical center or the Hilton hotel? VIP and 5 star service since we walked through the door and to my dad getting discharged. I must admit, my expectations were low since I saw this was apart of Lake Health system and you don't hear a lot about them. Dr. Gobezie is an angel sent from the heavens above. Such a down to earth person with a loving and giving heart. I wish all doctors were just like him. HA im dreaming in LA LA land for that. but seriously, DR.
