I came from akron. Got their and was told there had been emergency and wouldn't be seen. I have come to your office for 30 years. I don't appreciate how it was handled. My house apparently was called not my cellphone which is what you always use. Very unhappy

Cassy is AMAZING! Patient, takes her time to explain everything including the what and why she believes certain products are best for you. Very individualized care and attention. So good at what she does!! And she runs on time! Staff and especially Susan is always so helpful with scheduling and checkout.

My 10 min appt was cancelled due to being 10 min late. I totally understand and value being on time. But my frustration stems from the fact that it’s a 45 min drive to the clinic and the cause of my tardiness was a major gridlock on highway 77. Given my appt only required 10 min it would have been nice if they could accommodate me. I would have been happy to wait as long as was needed.

Shane is an exceptional make-up artist, very passionate about his work as well as very personable. He did an amazing job on my face covering up my facial flaws and red marks after treatments at Parker Skin Clinic.
