I've been to various PT locations through UH in the last few years (post foot surgery, knee pain and lately, sciatica) and had to wait 4-6 weeks each time to be seen. At Sports & Spine, I got an appointment within 48 hours and had the most thorough evaluation I've ever had. The therapists look at the whole picture and not just the one area you might be coming in for. Leon and Joe are amazing. Their professionalism, kindness and care are top tier and everyone in the facility is so friendly and encouraging. I wish I hadn't wasted time at other facilities. You're in great hands here!

I cannot say enough great things about Sports and Spine Physical Therapy. I first came to them after my stroke to rebuild strength on my affected side, and they played a major role in helping me regain confidence and independence in my body again.
Now, years later, I’m back for both land and aqua therapy to rehabilitate both shoulders — one dislocated following breast cancer surgery and the other dealing with impingement from overuse. The care has been just as exceptional.
The team is knowledgeable, patient, and truly attentive. They don’t just treat the injury — they treat the whole person. Whether in the clinic or in the pool, I always feel supported, challenged appropriately, and encouraged.

My 15 year old son has diligently been working on improving his strength and fitness level. He is a high school rower and is very fit. He tried out the Neubie with support and guidance from Joe F. and his team. He had an amazing work out and increased his lifting ability in one visit. All the folks at Sports and Spine are so warm, welcoming and demonstrate that they care about each and every person who walks in the door. My son signed up for 8 sessions. Go for it! It is the people, the culture and the environment at this place that makes it so very special. Every team member encouraged him and was pumped to see him succeed.
