Popped over here after my daughters eye exam and met Bessie. Not only did she ask my daughter thorough questions to find the perfect pair, and not only did she give my daughter plenty of frames to choose from until she found the one she loved, and not only did she help me set up my new insurance card so they had it on file, but she ALSO stayed 10 mins after closing just so my daughter felt comfortable in her new frames.
Thankfully I won't ever need to look for another optical store again.

Shellie is absolutely the best. I live in and NYC and my daughter while on Vacation in Ohio lost her glasses SMH, leading me to be on the hunt for a location that my Ohio family could take her to and get a pair made urgently. Shellie saved the day and assured me that she can have a pair of glasses cut for her in hour. I emailed her a copy of my daughters script and she took care of the rest. Shellie I can't thank you enough for all your help and making my baby girl feel better. She loves her new frames and was so happy that you had her favorite color. Highly recommend this location.

Rating five star for both of my visits here. My first visit, Shellie was patient and kind.. very honest about what glasses worked and what didn’t. My second visit, Bessie was also amazing.. I had more time to spend second time around. Both felt like personable, nice experiences and I’d recommend to others, both the location and the two employees!
