I’ve been to a bunch of different Life Time fitnesses but this one is something else
Loved the climbing walls. I wish I would have that in King Of Prussia.
Also, the cold plunge side-by-side with The hot tub is great!

Everything you could want in a fitness center. Plus Work center, Chiro and PT on staff, and the outdoor pool!

Best option in CLE if you are looking for everything! Staff is so nice, towel service is great, pools + locker rooms are very clean, updated equipment and never broken, luxury feel without being a country club.

Pros: A lot of equipment to choose from and opens early, closes late.

Cons: Very rude staff who didn’t really make me or my daughter feel welcome. The price is insane. It has increased by almost double in just a few years. Inflation is high but not that high. There are also classes that workout in the center of the open gym, which restrict the equipment during that time. I used to work out at a small community center gym for 60/month that had a nice track to run on and all the regular equipment you’d expect from a gym. This gym is 3x that price for one person and people look at me like I have no business being there.

I’ve been a member for a year and recently terminated my membership. The women’s locker room showers and facilities are often dirty and smell. As has been consistently reported, the front desk, management, onboarding and touring process were horrible and I almost didn’t join. We joined because the instructors seemed to be good so I took several classes. On New Year’s Eve I tore the meniscus in my knee during g a GTX class. My husband had to carry me out. Despite giving them my number , no one called to check on me . Of course my injury was not the fault of the gym, however for a luxury gym I would have expected someone to call. I attempted to return to classes 3 mos after my injury. I was looking forward to the outdoor pool facilities the gym often advertises. However the slide has never been working for kids to enjoy and the cafe has never been open. The lifeguards make no attempts to keep kids safe or make parents accountable. On May 28, I watched a two year old with a loose fitting life jacket swim across the deep pool, climb out of the pool on the other side and climb up the lifeguard chair. No guards attempted to stop the child or ask parent who was sitting way past the 10 feet you are supposed to be within of your children in children’s pool to do anything. Probably the most telling of how the staff are probably to treated is how miserable the staff, even the instructors seem. The cafe staff is rude and often complain of colleagues and clients out loud. The front desk staff is awful, usually rude and dismissive. I should have trusted the instinct not to join. I hope anyone reading this will save their 2-400 dollars and find another gym.

Shower, soap, shampoo, condish, razors, deodorant, qtips, mouthwash, make-up remover, hairspray, washcloths, towels, lockers, steam room, sauna room, huge swimming pool, pickleball, wall climbing, full-length basketball, childcare, spa, salon (haircuts, braids, etc.), chiropractor, group fitness, 1:1 sessions, high-tech equipment (treadmill with 25% incline, -3% decline), cafe serving hot and cold foods, snacks, drinks (including alcoholic), various family and adult social events, and yeah that's all I feel like typing. I definitely recommend!!

Steven is an amazing massage therapist! I heavy weight train and lead an active life style. I came for a massage and left a believer in Steven. He not only listened to my needs, but tailored the massage to my needs. I have been struggling with knee pain post surgery and his magic relieved a pain I have struggled with for over a year. If you have an active life style, and are in training, recovery, or in off season, Steven is a must for your self care and a must to keep performing at your best!
