I want to preface by saying I didn’t want to write a bad review. In this economy especially I don’t want to be responsible for potentially affecting someone’s livelihood. However, I got a bad haircut I think is unacceptable and don’t want someone else to have the same experience. I asked for a trim and when I left I couldn’t even put my hair up in a clip anymore. There were gaps in my hair like chunks just cut out, the layers were extremely uneven and it looked like a shaggy bob with random extensions clipped in the back. The proportions were just really off. Basheera did a fabulous job on my hair - she took extra time to layer and texture it to match the photo I showed her of what I wanted. She was also very friendly and warm. I am so happy with my haircut!

Ms. Tami was my stylist, and she was amazing! Not only is she a patient, talented stylist; who listens to your concerns, offers feedback and suggestions/solutions - she’s a beacon of light! Her demeanor, her energy, and her enthusiasm, it was beautiful! My experience in her chair, was definitely 10/10 absolutely recommend! Great clips is blessed to have an amazing individual, and representative of their business, within her!
