I’ve been loving F45! It’s a great workout and the class goes by fast. I’ve only been going for a few weeks and have already started to notice a difference in my fitness level!
F45 is unlike anything I’ve done before, I love it! The Solon location specifically is so welcoming and the coaches really take their time with corrections and getting to know you. If your looking for a new gym, don’t hesitate.
I have had nothing but a great experience at F45 in Solon! Coaches are very welcoming and you immediately feel a great sense of comradery! I would recommend to any fitness level who wants to improve their strength and endurance!
