Denise was amazing to work with. She answered my call right away and got us in to see her that evening. She explained everything we needed to know and helped calm our nerves with the whole situation. She made the kids feel comfortable and helped us through the process. She was available outside our appointments to call to answer any questions we had. Denise was amazing during a very stressful situation for our family. She was able to get us in quickly and immediately made everyone feel comfortable. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what we needed to do at home to make sure everything was fully taken care of.
