Erie Inspection was able to schedule me in the following day as I needed to get a determination on my condo unit. The scheduler, Brooke, was very professional and friendly. The inspector, Brooks, was professional and friendly and very experienced in his field. He was able to immediately report the issue with my water infiltration problem. His report was delivered to me the same day, allowing me to schedule contractors to correct the situation quickly.

I’ve commissioned over 10 inspections of commercial and residential properties over the years—Erie/Brooks was the most impressive and professional by far.
Our inspection was very thorough but not overwhelming and scary. Our agent was kind and explained a lot to us in maintenance of the major appliances and HVAC, sump pumps and water heater. He was on time and very professional.
