I scheduled an appointment for my teenage daughter because she has painful knots in her shoulders that she could not get relief from no matter what we tried. I also scheduled an appointment for myself while I was at it since I've had a lot of back issues for years. Sammie was absolutely amazing! My daughter finally has some relief for the first time in weeks! Sammie was super sweet, knowledgeable and professional and gave us both great information about the likely causes of pain and advice on how to cope. We will definitely be going back soon!

I tried Muscle Mechanics for the first time and had an appointment with Bridget Black, and I have to say I was very impressed. I’m a pretty picky client when it comes to bodywork. I truly value quality service, where the therapist is fully present, focused, and putting real attention and energy into your body.
Bridget was absolutely amazing. I came in with significant shoulder pain and she worked through every single muscle in my shoulder, going over the area multiple times, carefully and intentionally making sure she could actually feel the tension release and the problem ease. I love this place. Terrific energy. Meagan is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I feel amazing when our tune up session is finished. Everyone is personable… it’s abundantly obvious they all love their profession. Thanks to all of you for what you do to help your clients function better.
