When calling the company, the receptionist informed me that the technician would call me within my a time window, and the technician did. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and kept me informed on everything. After I confirmed that the technician can come to my house to assess the issue. I received a text with the technician’s picture in and a bio about the technician. I found this to be very helpful in this day and age. The technician was on time and picked up after himself.

We moved into Canton a few years back and we have zero plumbing skills. Plumbing 911 has been our go to guys for all our needs, no matter how big or small, they come through. Beautification or emergency doesn't matter, they deliver. Honest, quick, reasonable and respectful, you can't get better customer service or quality workmanship. We'll never call anyone else for our plumbing needs.
