It’s difficult to find good appliance repair anywhere. Collins Appliance is exceptional. Great customer service and the person who services my appliance (happened to be a dryer) was thorough, customer oriented, friendly, conscientious, and demonstrated real knowledge of the appliance/needed repair. He explained everything really well. I highly recommend Collins Appliance.

Refrigerator stopped working early this morning. Called got the earliest appointment but it was for tomorrow. Completely understand started to take steps to preserve as much as possible and got a call that they would like to stop by today. Called to advise they were on their way. From more than 24 hours to fix to less than 6. Kevin and Christian were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They said they wanted to get us fixed to save us from tossing away good food. Great service and highly recommend!

This is a great local company who cares about their local customers. Trevor ended up spending 20 minutes on the phone with me, talking through issues I was having with my KitchenAid stove after a power surge went through the house. I'm a DIY'er, and had already done a ton of technical diagnosis myself. I offered to pay them to thank them for their time spent on the phone with me but they wouldn't accept payment. Here's my form of payment with a 5 star review. Thank you Collins Appliance! If I ever need a service tech in the future or parts, I know who to call.
