Christian came out the next day and after a thorough check, he discovered a new temperature board was needed. He explained everything he checked and came back in two days and installed the new one. He was very quick and made sure customers could call with any concerns. They are exceptional to work with and highly recommend them. Kevin has been amazing! His communication is excellent and he is upfront about costs, time and the issues. He identified it quickly and recommended a replacement. They were set up and delivered with care. He came back out a week after to make sure everything sounded and ran right. Definitely give them a call if you need any help with appliances!
Had a service technician (Christian) out to diagnosis my washer. Very polite and professional. Explained the problem in term I could understand. Decided to get a new washer. Went to there Barberton location and a very helpful young lady helped me pick out a new washer. It gets better. It was delivered the same day as my work schedule is just horrible. Trevor was very polite and professional thru the whole delivery. I highly recommend this company. It was a great experience from beginning to end.
My washer went out this past weekend. I called Monday and even with the work shortened week they were able to get a Tech out to me Tuesday morning. Trevor looked my washer over and said easy fix. It's an older Sears Kenmore and he had the needed parts in his truck, very polite and professional. I highly recommend this company.
We are beyond thrilled to have found Collins Appliance Repair. We went there to look for a used oven after being told by both an electrician and a well known repair service that my 25+ year old JennAir was not fixable. After talking with Kevin we decided to give it one more chance. Kevin identified the problem and fixed it in one trip and it works great now. They are an honest, reliable family owned business, the only one we will call when needed again.
