Karl Metzger PM’ed/descaled my tankless water heater and I was extremely pleased with the service he provided. He clearly explained all he had done and was highly professional as well as very knowledgeable and personable. I recommend Karl and Blind and Son without reservation.
Edited with update….. Today we had the new units installed by Jay Eisenzimmer and Uriel Walters. They did a wonderful job. They were both friendly and professional, answered all our questions and im happy to report we are cool and happy with the results over the past two weeks with this company! Had them come out and service a thirty year old unit. Same day service. Dave Tamminen was out today to discuss a new unit (furnace and ac). He gave great suggestions and gave a great price taking into consideration the work we just had done and we will be replacing our units next week!
Daniel was an amazing technician! Daniel came out for a service call and the entire session was handled with professionalism and knowledge. It is a true comfort when dealing with a business that sends someone like Daniel to your doorstep. ☺️
