I called early in the morning for a flower delivery for a good friend of mine. They were delived within 4 hours, to the right address. I didnt have any specific want for flowers. A beautiful arrangment was made. Without them knowing, roses that mean alot to me were in there as well. VERY happy with Hoffmans.
Scott/Patrick came out to our home for an emergency call during the big snow storm when our furnace stopped heating. We have a baby, so I was super concerned about him staying warm. They came first thing in the morning and got right to work assessing the problem. They were friendly, considerate of our home, and worked in a timely manner. I’m very appreciative they could squeeze us in & will definitely be using their services going forward. We are new to the area and have a very old home. Due to that, we have had many HVAC contractors out already who have dismissed our concerns and just not wanted to do the work to fix the problem. Scott/Patrick did not hesitate going down in our dirt cellar and made us feel better about our circumstances. Very pleased!
3 days before Christmas I had an issue come up with my transmission, so I thought, and Mickey was able to work my truck in and look at it before closing. Turns out the transmission was fine and he didn’t want payment for looking it over. Christmas gift or not I really appreciate him being willing to help me out.
