The first thing he did fixed my phone. It took less than 5 minutes. I'm astounded. He knew what was wrong after I told me him what the phone was doing, before I even gave it to him. He is the Asst Store Mgr (Jacob) and when I asked for his name he gave it then said that all the techs there were very competent. A great manager as well.It was a 45 minute drive for me each way but totally worth it.Thank you!!

They set me right and on the quick. I came in expecting to get my charger on my phone replaced due to charging issues, but it turned out there was some compacted material in my charging port. They got it cleaned out and got me on my way really quick.

They removed a severely stripped screw I was having trouble with and replaced it with a new one, and on top of that the service was smooth and quick. Definitely recommend for those with a similar problem!
