Awesome service from Hunter and Hayden especially navigating Samsung Care Plus. The only issue I had was with Samsung Care Plus. I would highly recommend and return for service as their prices seem to be decent even without a warranty package witha third party. They also offered data recovery services and recycling! Very legit service through my Samsung Care Plus to replace a bad charging port. I pay $10 a month with Samsung for a phone warranty and it costed me $1 to get my phone fixed. I did have to jump through several hoops with Samsung, however Hayden and Hunter definitely guided me! I also had my phone same day service as they recommend if you want same day service… read full review

I couldn’t recommend You Break It, I Fix It enough! They were incredibly professional, helpful, and knowledgeable.

They gave us the number of a company in California that we would have to ship the phone to. When we called, we were told the cost would start at $600 and could potentially be as much as $2,000!

We also tried Verizon with no luck. At that point, we decided to try one more place… read full review
