“Awesome service from Hunter and Hayden especially navigating Samsung Care Plus. The only issue I had was with Samsung Care Plus. I would highly recommend and return for service as their prices seem to be decent even without a warranty package witha third party. They also offered data recovery services and recycling! Very legit service through my Samsung Care Plus to replace a bad charging port. I pay $10 a month with Samsung for a phone warranty and it costed me $1 to get my phone fixed. I did have to jump through several hoops with Samsung, however Hayden and Hunter definitely guided me! I also had my phone same day service as they recommend if you want same day service to come before 5:00 p.m. . I came at 11:30 in the morning and they were done in about 2 hours.
