The Woods on French Creek is an Outstanding facility. It is incredibly clean, has very friendly and caring staff, my grandma had an excellent experience here and we really appreciated the top notch care she received. I would l recommend the Woods on French Creek to anyone
My mother-in-law was here for a few weeks and I am so pleased with this location. They are very caring and thorough with their care. She felt heard and taken care of properly. We are so happy we chose this location for her.
I had my call light on trying to get some stuff for my burger. And I waited 20 minubefore, they answered. And even then they didn't answer. So I told them to take you back or fix me. Another one, well here it is 630 I didn't get another For the most part, the staff here is nice.I think they just need to pay more attention to the call lines
