It’s always risky to get your hair done at a salon you don’t know. I was in Ohio for a couple of days after Christmas and was desperate to get some highlights cleaned up before returning to work in Canada. I googled area salons and the reviews for Salon Jia Li seemed positive so I called and was given an appointment with Shelbi the following day. I did not need a cut but I can say that Shelbi did a wonderful job on the colour of my hair. She took her time and the result is lovely, and just what I was looking for. I would hands down recommend Shelbi at Salon Jia Li!
Been a loyal client to Salon Jia Li for 15 years or so and have never had a bad experience. Giuliana is hands down the best and I recommend her on a regular basis - more than once to complete strangers :) she is the GOAT when it comes to color. I wouldn’t trust my hair to anyone else!
Samantha does a wonderful job.My cut and color look very natural. The salon is very clean and friendly. They are time conscious when making your appointment so you don’t have to wait when you arrive for your appointment.
