“I had a leak in my upstairs skylight that was actively coming into my bathroom ceiling drywall when it rained. The skylight was 20 years old and was due for replacement. Newcastle was able to help me out quickly with a visit/estimate and was able to replace the window the very next week. I was very impressed and happy with their service and will be using them to replace my other two older skylights.“
“I actually work for this company. It's one of the best companies I've ever worked for. The negative review from the previous employee was a disgruntled employee. The company did not steal his tools he left them with us and wanted them back months later. We gave the employee 2 weeks to come get his tools or they would be thrown away. He never showed.“

“The project was excellent, very well done, quick, beautiful. The management team was top notch. We had a small disagreement at one point, but they stood by their word 100%.The color was a perfect match, the seams perfectly straight. The historic character of a 151 year-old building maintained. The only reason I might have given four starts instead of 5 was the price. While the project went perfectly, I thought the price was on the high side. HOWEVER, we got what we paid for, so even though I thought the price a little high, I thought the value was very good...thus five stars.“
