North coast power got my generator up and running with one day notice!!! Pricing was totally fair and the owner and staff were professional, friendly and eager to help!!! Great place!!!

Met Tim (North Coast Power Equipment) on my street when he was picking up a neighbor's snow blower. I inquired about service since my snow blower went down the week before. Needless to say, he correctly diagnosed the source of the problem on the spot (second stage belt, tighten or replace), came to pick up my snow blower on a Tuesday and called me on Wednesday to say it was fixed. That is the definition of great customer service. Will always use them for my snow blower and lawn mower.

Stopped in today to buy a part for my power washer. The nice gentleman instead of trying to sell me the part took mine and fixed it at NO CHARGE!! Thank you.. I will definitely return if. I need any work done with my lawn mower.
